Return Policy:
- If you have an iPod that is not working properly please contact us and we will exchange the item for you under the 30 day warranty. Refunds can only be given on defective items if returned in the first 30 days and if you have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) given over the phone by our customer service department.
- If you no longer want/need your item(s), a refund will be given if returned within 30 days however a restocking fee will apply to cover the shipping and handling. Item must be shipped with a tracking number and in original condition.
- Item(s) can be exchanged for another product as long as you do the exchange within 30 days.
- Item(s)that are used or open (which includes) all accessories not in original and re sellable condition will be subject to a 15% – 50% restocking fee.
Gift Cards & Promotional Items
- If you used or do not return promotional gift cards with your returned item, the value of the gift card will be deducted from your refund total.
