International Shipping Policy -Taxes and Duties

The recipient is the importer of the services/merchandise and must follow all laws associated with bringing of imported goods into the destination country. Orders that are shipped outside the USA may be subject to taxes, duties and additional fees that are not disclosed at the time of your purchase. The recipient is responsible for such import fees; duties and taxes that are charged once the goods arrive at the destination country. The iPod Superstore DBA The iSuperStore will not be responsible for these import taxes, fees and duties nor are we as a merchant able to provide you with such information. It is important that you check with the destination country to see what and if these fees are before you shop with our store. If such fees are charged, we will not be able to reimburse you for any such fees. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the imported goods to pay such fees.

Each country may be governed differently with relation to such fees, if you are unsure of your countries policy, you should contact your local customs office for more information.   Goods may be delayed by the customs process and there is not any way that we can control such circumstances.
